The 466th Bomb Group Association is making available one of our best research tools “Attlebridge Diaries” by John Woolnough, 8th AFHS founder. It was published first in 1979 and has been out of print for many years. The 466thBGA owns the rights to the book and we have decided to provide researchers with a PDF file copy of the book. Many thanks to the author's son John S. Woolnough for proof reading and making final edits. The cost is $25 and it will be sent on-line via WETRANSFER.COM. Payable by Check or PayPal.

This was the last 466th BG and indeed the last 8th AF B-24 crew shot down in WW2. Manners and Seraydarian were able to bail out. Everyone else in the photo above was KIA.
